About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance program—corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work—while assisting with the make‑ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across community areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Conduct make‑ready and turnover tasks, including scheduling and unit inspections. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness and accurate chemical logs. • Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify and correct hazards. • Follow Asset Living policies, OSHA standards, and hazard communication programs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with safety standards. • Manage inventory of equipment and supplies as needed. • Record service requests, preventative maintenance, EPA/OSHA compliance, and make‑ready status. • Provide exceptional customer service and enforce community policies. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours coverage. • Maintain reliable transportation for emergency on‑call duties.

Benefits
Compensation is $24.00 per hour with a comprehensive total‑rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, paid sick days, holidays, and performance‑based bonuses.
