About the Role

We provide technical guidance and advice on MEP services to meet agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality, supporting high‑quality, time‑efficient and profitable delivery while ensuring compliance, governance and project assurance. We also develop effective working relationships with internal colleagues and stakeholders. The role offers robust technical support for MEP services throughout the project lifecycle, contributes to programme management, health, safety, wellbeing, quality and commissioning, and coordinates with clients, consultants, trade contractors and team leaders. It includes contract and scope review, budgeting, value‑engineering, scheduling, strategic planning, design reviews, delivery strategy development, commissioning standards, risk mitigation, continuous improvement and net‑zero carbon initiatives. • Provide robust technical support and guidance for MEP services throughout the project lifecycle. • Advise on programme management, health, safety, wellbeing, quality and commissioning. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, trade contractors and team leaders to build strong stakeholder relationships. • Review contracts and scopes, assist in budgeting, value engineering, scheduling and trade contract preparation. • Support commercial teams by reviewing progress and resolving issues. • Contribute to strategic planning, including prefabrication, commissioning and safety initiatives. • Perform design reviews for compliance, coordination, embodied carbon and operational energy per RIBA and BSRIA frameworks. • Develop delivery strategies and programmes ensuring milestones, interfaces, logistics and sequencing are addressed. • Review commissioning strategies aligned with Mace standards, IST approach, ATPs and soft landings. • Identify risks proactively and produce mitigation plans. • Drive continuous improvement through issue reviews and lessons‑learned sharing. • Support net‑zero carbon transition by managing carbon emissions and reductions during delivery.
