About the Role
The role’s primary purpose is to lead Project Management Commissions, taking ownership of end‑to‑end service delivery for large or complex assignments, acting as the daily client interface and ensuring projects meet time, cost, quality and safety targets. Performance will be measured by delivering projects on budget, on schedule and to the required quality standards, meeting client objectives, leading the project team effectively, building strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities, and maintaining accurate financial and data reporting. • Advise clients strategically at project inception and recommend approaches to achieve objectives • Define and document project requirements and success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance) • Establish project governance, processes and systems • Create and maintain master project schedules and activity plans • Manage project development against approved plans and targets • Develop resource plans and procure necessary resources • Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project teams • Monitor performance using KPIs and implement improvements • Administer change control processes • Prepare, agree, and control budgets, tracking forecasts against actuals • Facilitate information flow between the team and client through meetings and written reports • Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks • Produce formal progress reports and other documentation • Interface with clients, consultants and stakeholders throughout all project stages • Provide health, safety and environmental advice and risk assessments • Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environmental aspects continuously
