About the Role
The Sourcing Specialist provides professional sourcing services to ensure Sundt identifies and hires top talent while building a robust talent pipeline. This role partners with recruiters to source leads through LinkedIn, iCIMS, cold calling, internet mining, social media, and other methods, acting as a talent advisor that leverages technology and innovative solutions to enhance Sundt's employer brand and selection process. • Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and promotional campaigns to attract qualified talent. • Screen and source passive and active candidates using networking, referrals, database searches, job boards, cold calling, internet mining, and social media. • Build a robust talent pipeline, gather market intelligence, and assess candidate alignment for roles. • Conduct preliminary phone screens to evaluate qualifications and interest. • Develop innovative initiatives to source diverse, qualified talent. • Ensure adherence to selection process and maintain accurate data in iCIMS ATS. • Partner with Marketing to accelerate recruitment‑related social media activities. • Proactively source, post jobs, network, pre‑screen resumes, and collaborate with recruiters on interviews. • Provide superior customer service and candidate experience. • Screen candidates for qualifications, expertise, availability, salary expectations, and relocation needs. • Stay abreast of market conditions and trends. • Manage recruiting activity using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar technology. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Interact with people and technology throughout the shift. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the duration of a shift. • Frequently use telephone, computer, email, and electronic devices for communication. • Participate in Employee Stock Ownership Plan & 401(k). • Engage in workplace wellness programs. • Participate in Sundt Foundation charitable employee‑owner program.

What You Bring
• Possess 1–2+ years of construction recruiting experience. • Demonstrate excellent follow‑through, urgency, and ability to work independently. • Exhibit strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
