About the Role

The Field Safety Representative II promotes the Company's IIF culture by ensuring every co‑worker returns home safe every night. The role spends 100% of time in the field observing and coaching co‑workers on correction of unsafe conditions and behaviors. May supervise lower‑level Field Safety Representatives and Coordinators. Reinforces positive behavior through recognition and/or rewards. Serves as a resource by answering safety questions and sharing lessons learned. Embeds with the project team and strategically "dives in" using a hands‑on approach to improve project safety, quality, and productivity (SQP). • Promotes the Company's IIF Culture by bringing a safety resource onto the project. • Assists in project compliance with all safety rules and regulations. • Assists with or conducts case management. • Ensures a safe work environment. • Participates in training and certifications.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a safety‑related field and at least 2 years of concrete construction and safety experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Obtain OSHA 30‑hour certification within 3 months.
