About the Role
The role supports the assistant and project engineer in site delivery, ensuring understanding of scope and quality control activities to achieve compliant work. It also involves Mace validation checks alongside trade contractor checks and application of Mace temporary works and safety procedures. • Establish and maintain secondary control on the project. • Provide dimensional control for main contractor works. • Conduct inspections to verify work for Mace. • Compile and manage quality records. • Review design information and compare with construction. • Keep a personal site diary of activities. • Build working relationships with internal stakeholders. • Coach and mentor junior team members. • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions reductions.
