Check guests in/out, handle payments, and assist with requests at the resort front desk.

About the Role
• Greet guests and owners upon arrival. • Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures, generate folios, and collect payments. • Receive and forward housekeeping or maintenance requests to appropriate departments. • Restock the front desk, prepare arrival packets, and provide area information. • Answer phone calls and direct them as needed.

What You Bring
• Proficient in English. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. • Minimum six months of customer service experience. • Ability to stand for extended periods. • Prior front desk or guest services experience (preferred). • Experience handling cash or credit‑card transactions (preferred). • Background in resort hospitality or related industry (preferred).
