About the Role
Under general supervision, this role provides data and work assessment, reporting, and recommendations within assigned areas of expertise. It also conducts data analysis to support and enhance overall department workflow, customer service, improvement, and work quality. The incumbent acts as the subject matter expert for assigned functions, prepares reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for management, and offers assessments and recommendations. Responsibilities include resolving issues from internal or external customers, tracking those issues to resolution, monitoring workflow to ensure timely project completion, assisting with special projects and cross‑functional teams, and ensuring accuracy and quality of data output. The role also identifies risks in new or changed processes, recommends continuous‑improvement actions, evaluates and creates training materials, and performs other duties as assigned. • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned functions. • Prepare and present data summary reports highlighting changes and trends for management. • Resolve and track issues from internal or external customers to resolution. • Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily tasks. • Participate in special projects and cross‑functional teams as required. • Identify risks in new or changed processes and recommend continuous‑improvement actions. • Evaluate, develop, and deliver training materials for the assigned group.
