About the Role

Key responsibilities include reading blueprints and measurements to determine layouts, selecting the appropriate welding equipment and method, and setting up components according to specifications. The welder will operate angle grinders to prepare parts, align and clamp pieces, and perform welding in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions. What You Bring

The welder will join stainless steel and aluminum using MIG/TIG processes, operating equipment to assemble mechanical structures with high precision. Quality control is essential, requiring inspection of raw materials and finished products for safety and company standards. The role demands strict adherence to safety protocols, a steady hand, keen attention to detail, and solid knowledge of metal properties. The position requires effective written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and sound decision‑making and analytical problem‑solving abilities. Multi‑tasking, organizational capabilities, and the ability to work both in a team and in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment are essential. Physical demands involve lifting up to 50 lb and sitting or standing for up to 95 percent of the workday.
