About the Role

Technical duties include coordinating with area executives, employees, and customers, attending examiner reports for feedback, and planning daily schedules. The role requires conducting annual equipment surveys, preventive repair planning, NIS for new projects, leading toolbox talks, promoting safe work practices, performing fatality preventive audits, preparing quarterly review reports, managing “T” orders, monitoring callbacks, and performing random quality checks and manpower allocation. Commercial responsibilities involve regular client interaction to build rapport, handling examiner concerns, managing contract renewals and quotations, inspecting elevators two months before free‑service contracts expire, negotiating contract pricing and T‑orders, leading the team to meet tasks, identifying new business opportunities, driving acquisition and recovery targets, and following up on invoices and payments. Additional duties include mitigating risks identified in JHA, conducting EH&S inspections/audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed on schedule, participating in incident investigations, and completing FPA corrective actions within target dates. • Coordinate with area executives, employees, and customers; attend examiner reporting for feedback and daily scheduling. • Conduct annual equipment surveys, plan preventive repairs, and perform NIS for new construction or modernization jobs. • Lead toolbox talks, enforce safe work practices, and carry out fatality preventive audits and random quality checks. • Prepare quarterly review reports, manage “T” orders, monitor callbacks, and allocate manpower based on daily needs. • Meet clients regularly to build rapport, handle contract renewals, quotations, and negotiate pricing for contracts and T‑orders. • Inspect elevators two months before free‑service contract expiry and follow up on invoices, payments, and conversion/recovery updates. • Mitigate JHA‑identified risks, conduct EH&S inspections/audits, and complete corrective actions within target dates. • Participate in incident investigations and ensure FPA corrective actions are completed on schedule.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least nine years of service experience in the elevator/escalator industry, a diploma/BE/BTech, solid technical knowledge of lifts and escalators, basic computer skills, team‑handling ability, and a two‑wheeler driving licence. • Require minimum 9+ years elevator/escalator service experience, diploma/BE/BTech, technical knowledge, basic computer skills, team handling, and a two‑wheeler driving licence.
