What You Bring
We currently have opportunities available for Asphalt and Spray Seal Crew Members/Operators to join our team in Austins Ferry, Hobart. These roles offer a diverse, hands‑on environment and are ideal for candidates with experience in spray seal or asphalt work, especially HC drivers and sprayer drivers. • Hold a current Construction Induction card. • Have prior Spray Seal or Asphalt experience. • Operate mobile plant machinery and equipment proficiently. • Work effectively as a team player. • Able to work intrastate for required periods. • Hold a Heavy Combination or Multi Combination licence. • Experience as a Bitumen Sprayer Truck Driver or Bitumen haulage (highly advantageous). • Possess Dangerous Goods certification. • Completed working safely with bitumen training. • Knowledge of bituminous surfacing or civil construction; trade or mechanical background advantageous.
