About the Role
The role is a senior leadership position reporting to the Head of Group PM Capability. It offers the opportunity to influence the global Project Management function and contribute to the company’s multi‑year transformation programme. You will own and deliver the group Project Management resourcing strategy, encompassing world‑class skills and capability deployment, strategic workforce planning, and Do/Buy decisions. You will also own, deploy and control the performance management blueprint for Rolls‑Royce Top Projects, defining the tools, processes and policies needed across all projects. Development of a comprehensive PM training, capability and skills framework—from top talent to management grades and beyond—will be a key focus, as will refreshing the PM Do/Buy strategy to ensure a scalable offering for Group Programme delivery. All resourcing methods and processes must be fully described, communicated and change‑managed across the Group. • Own and deliver the group PM resourcing strategy, including skills deployment, workforce planning, and Do/Buy decisions • Deploy and control the performance management blueprint for Rolls‑Royce Top Projects • Develop a world‑class PM training, capability, and skills framework across all roles • Refresh the PM Do/Buy strategy to provide a scalable offering for Group Programme delivery • Document, communicate, and change‑manage all resourcing methods and processes across the Group

Rolls‑Royce is seeking a Chief of Project Management Resourcing and Performance Management for a full‑time hybrid role in Derby (minimum three days on‑site).
