About the Role
The specialist provides segment, enterprise, and intelligence‑community knowledge to support strategic integration across offices, assisting with outreach and awareness. Working within multidisciplinary hardware, software, system integration, and data analysis teams, the role is contingent on contract award and focuses on coordinating outreach activities and engagement processes. • Inform, educate, and interact with key members of the Intelligence Community and DoD, distributing material to internal and external management. • Manage outreach and engagement meeting processes, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas. • Attend working group meetings, analyze and assign actions, and track actions to closure. • Coordinate with the Front Office and SPOs to develop content for executive‑level presentations, conference materials, briefings, and fact sheets. • Develop and maintain points of contact for enterprise‑wide engagement and support efforts. • Support implementation of Directorate governance policies and prepare the annual Statement of Assurance (SOA). • Assist with strategic decision framework and continuity of operations (COOP) initiatives. • Take precise meeting notes, produce minutes, and update Engagement Confluence pages.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field and bring at least ten years of experience, including work with the Intelligence Community or DoD programs and interaction with senior executives. Strong organizational, communication, and Confluence/JIRA skills are required, with additional value placed on systems‑engineering knowledge and experience with SIGINT, GEOINT, or GED systems. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field with 10+ years of experience. • Experience working with Intelligence Community and/or DoD programs. • Proven ability to interact with senior executives, write correspondence, develop executive briefings, and participate in executive‑level meetings. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA. • Knowledge of systems engineering processes and Model‑Based Systems Engineering (highly desired). • Experience with SIGINT, GEOINT, or GED systems (highly desired).
