About the Role
As a Heavy Equipment Operator II you will operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at one of our recycling facilities, following strict safety procedures. Your role is essential to the efficient movement of raw materials and finished components and is recognized for its impact on operations. • Operates bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders following safety policies • Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance with accurate record‑keeping • Moves and positions raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follows standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of heavy‑equipment operating experience, be 18 years or older, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Successful applicants will also pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam. We look for individuals who thrive independently, take accountability for safety guidelines, communicate effectively, and can solve problems on their own. The work environment includes typical shop or field conditions with exposure to dirt, noise, and varying weather. • Minimum of 3 years heavy‑equipment operating experience • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States • Successfully completes pre‑employment drug screening and physical examination • Preferred experience with excavators, loaders, and tractor‑trailers • Works independently while adhering to safety guidelines • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities • Physical demands include finger dexterity, occasional lifting of objects under 30 lb, and exposure to dirt, noise, and weather conditions
