About the Role
The Warehouse Associate maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures. They control inventory through physical counts, plan and implement new layout designs, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repairs or replacements. The role also requires operating a forklift, loading and logging materials onto trucks, preparing jobs and materials for crews, cleaning trucks, and delivering materials and employees to job sites. • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations and enforce policies. • Conduct physical inventory counts and manage stock levels. • Plan warehouse layout, inspect equipment, and issue repair work orders. • Operate forklift to move products and load materials onto trucks. • Prepare jobs and materials for crews, clean trucks, and transport employees to job sites.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and have 1‑2 years of warehouse experience. They need to safely lift up to 50 lb regularly, understand safe warehouse practices, and possess forklift certification.
