The position reports to the Senior Director, Business Partnerships, partners with Category Leaders in Operations, and oversees Plant HR Managers and their teams at approximately three to four sites. • Align HR strategy with business goals and lead workforce planning for hourly and salaried roles. • Drive change initiatives, multi‑site communications, and complex HR project execution. • Coach HR teams, ensure compliance, and improve recruitment and employee relations across sites. • Leverage HR analytics and predictive modeling to inform talent and staffing decisions. • Partner with senior leaders to set goals, track progress, and promote evidence‑based decision making. • Travel up to 70% domestically and work flexible hours to support all shifts.
