About the Role
• Maintain a polite, professional and customer‑focused demeanor. • Remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with poise. • Pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in data and document handling. • Greet visitors, tenants and employees warmly and manage visitor registration and way‑finding. • Provide accurate information about services, products and policies, directing queries to appropriate resources. • Coordinate administrative tasks, including mail handling and collaboration with the Hospitality team for asset upkeep and events. • Monitor front‑desk area cleanliness, report maintenance or security issues promptly. • Communicate updates and issues effectively with colleagues and management. • Resolve complaints diplomatically and escalate issues to the proper department when needed. • Support the Community Manager with reporting and other property‑management duties.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (certifications are a plus) and a degree or diploma with 2‑3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and computer skills, as well as a professional, courteous demeanor. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus. • Have proven experience as a front‑desk executive, receptionist or similar customer‑facing role. • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Exhibit strong organization and multitasking abilities. • Be proficient with office equipment such as phone systems and printers. • Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) confidently. • Be punctual, dependable and responsible.
