About the Role
The Account Manager is the heartbeat of onsite operations, accountable for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations through hands‑on leadership. You will guide supervisory and support personnel, uphold service quality, control expenses, and ensure safety and compliance with all regulations. Acting as the primary client liaison, you will also identify opportunities to expand the partnership. • Empower and coach supervisory and support staff, including scheduling, training, and succession planning. • Establish work standards, conduct site audits, and ensure service delivery meets quality benchmarks. • Manage expenses, review job costs, and maintain budget compliance. • Ensure environmental and safety procedures comply with local, state, federal, and company regulations. • Serve as primary client liaison, provide feedback, and identify opportunities to expand the relationship.

What You Bring
• 2–5 years of management experience leading, coaching, and developing teams. • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to create productivity, staffing, and budget plans. • People‑first attitude with strong customer service focus and professional corrective‑action skills. • Ability to oversee janitorial operations across all shifts and troubleshoot in a fast‑paced environment. • HSA and FSA programs.
