About the Role

The Technician 1 role focuses on performing preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC and oil‑&‑gas equipment. What You Bring

Successful candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training viewed favorably, and possess 1–3 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy‑construction, or specialty equipment such as large generators, pumps, or HVAC systems. Candidates may be required to provide their own tools of trade. Key competencies include knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, strong troubleshooting fundamentals, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location needs. The position demands physical stamina, including bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more, and may require indoor or outdoor work as job conditions dictate.
