About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you will ensure all facilities and common areas are kept to the resort’s flawless reputation. Responsibilities include completing maintenance tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records, enhancing unit appearance through decorating projects, performing pre‑arrival inspections, and responding swiftly to emergency requests. • Maintain resort facilities and common areas to the highest standards. • Complete maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently. • Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records of all maintenance activities. • Carry out decorating and improvement projects to enhance unit appearance. • Perform pre‑arrival inspections to identify defects. • Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests. • Provide own transport for shift work, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has solid experience in at least one trade, holds a Level 1 health and safety certification, and possesses strong general maintenance skills. Excellent communication, the ability to multitask under pressure, a self‑motivated attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service are also required. The position requires a five‑day workweek, including weekends and Bank Holidays, on a shift/rota basis, and because of the resort’s location, you must have your own transport. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet the resort’s standards. • Possess experience in at least one trade and Level 1 health‑and‑safety certification. • Demonstrate strong general maintenance skills and excellent communication. • Multitask effectively under pressure, working independently and within a team.
