About the Role
In the sales and business development role, you will identify and develop new opportunities for DX HVAC equipment such as split, VRF/VRV, package and rooftop units. You will build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and end users, and work to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. You will prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tenders, and negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with clients. Providing pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for DX HVAC systems, you will review project specifications, drawings and BOQs to ensure compliance with requirements. Coordinating with engineering and project teams during execution and commissioning phases, you will track project pipelines from specification to order closing, monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies, and participate in client meetings, site visits and technical presentations. • Identify and develop new business opportunities for DX HVAC equipment • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients • Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for DX HVAC systems • Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs for compliance • Coordinate with engineering and project teams during execution and commissioning • Track project pipelines from specification stage to order closing • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations • Support product launches and technical seminars

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and brings at least five to ten years of HVAC sales experience, preferably with a focus on DX systems and a strong record of dealing with consultants, contractors and large projects. A solid understanding of HVAC design standards and codes, coupled with excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, is essential. Strong technical and commercial acumen, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strategic thinking, problem‑solving abilities and a results‑driven customer focus are key competencies. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. Experience in the Qatar market, an existing network of HVAC consultants and contractors, and specific knowledge of DX system solutions are highly valued. These attributes will enable you to navigate local dynamics and accelerate business growth. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field • 5–10 years of HVAC sales experience with focus on DX systems • Strong technical understanding of HVAC design standards and codes • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in a team • Preferred experience in Qatar market with existing network of consultants and contractors
