Job Highlights
About the Role
• Keep resident records accurate and up to date. • Be the friendly face and main point of contact for residents and visitors. • Conduct community tours—walk-ins and those scheduled by our Regional Sales Team. • Support day-to-day admin tasks as assigned. • Walk the property and flag any maintenance or curb appeal issues. • Help ensure safety standards and community policies are followed. • Assist in planning and executing resident events. • Assist in preparing community reports. • Inspect homes before move-in to ensure quality. • Support move-ins and move-outs, creating a seamless experience. • Escalate resident concerns as needed to leadership.

What You Bring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A valid driver’s license and the willingness to drive between communities if needed. • Ability to problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. • Respond to resident needs with empathy and professionalism.
