What You Bring
Mortenson’s Energy Storage and Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Sr. Scheduler who can interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, remaining flexible, proactive, and professional. This role will perform routine oversight of all planning and scheduling activities. The position can be based at the Minneapolis headquarters, a regional office, or remotely, with travel requirements ranging from 25% to 50%. Mortenson is committed to equal employment opportunities for all individuals regardless of protected characteristics and requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in construction‑related engineering or management and at least six years of construction experience. • Demonstrate expert knowledge of scheduling software (P6, PowerProject) and standard construction sequencing. • Possess strong plan/specification reading, 4D visual planning, and cost‑loaded scheduling skills. • Exhibit analytical, critical‑thinking, and cross‑functional teamwork abilities. • Maintain excellent oral and written communication and active listening skills. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% as required.

Benefits
Base compensation ranges from $102,000 to $137,700, with higher ranges for locations such as Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C.
