About the Role
The role reports to the Financial Controller RTS and collaborates with RTS Head Office and Project Delivery finance teams to support reliable reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement. • Prepare accurate statutory financial statements and ensure adherence to governance and control requirements. • Oversee and enhance financial controls, including credit‑card audits and Delegation of Financial Authority updates. • Provide technical accounting support and guidance for change projects and new business initiatives. • Partner with RTS Head Office and Project Delivery finance teams to deliver reliable reporting and analysis with a strong focus on governance and risk management. • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy. • Support large tenders, joint‑venture accounting governance, and statutory reporting projects.

What You Bring
