Job Highlights
About the Role
• Communicate status of stakeholder interactions with project management • Properly prepare, maintain and revise (as needed) of project files, right of way maps, records, drawings, exhibits and necessary progress reports. • Settle damage claims with landowners caused or created during the construction, maintenance, or use of pipelines and infrastructure. • Prepare legal documents for transactions and present property transfer agreements to landowners • Analyze landowners counter offers and negotiate solutions to satisfy all parties at the direction of management • Once Right of Way is obtained, ensure construction crews and other professionals have unobstructed access project area • Negotiate for the acquisition of land, property rights, licenses, leases, and permits with landowners

What You Bring
• Knowledgeable in real estate values and accepted practices • Basic competency in using land dataset software preferred • Expertise in scheduling, detail and follow up follow through • Two years of experience minimum in acquisition or right of way activities. • Bachelors' degree in business, real estate, construction management or related fields preferred. • Basic Proficiency in Google Earth and/or other GIS software • Ability to read and understand title and appraisal reports and land surveys. • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, multitasking abilities • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
