About the Role

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing lead‑generating market initiatives for elevator maintenance, understanding customer and market conditions, and surveying elevator systems to determine viable service options. The representative will identify bid opportunities, prepare maintenance proposals and capital budgeting plans, devise recapture strategies, negotiate with prospects, and execute complex tender packages. Additionally, they will provide technical consultation, deliver effective sales presentations, and nurture business growth through customer contacts. • Generate leads and implement market initiatives for elevator maintenance services. • Conduct elevator system surveys to determine service options and develop proposals. • Identify and prepare bid opportunities, including maintenance proposals and capital budgeting plans. • Create recapture strategies and negotiate contracts with potential customers. • Assemble and deliver complex tender packages and sales presentations. • Provide technical consultation and build relationships with new customers.
