About the Role

Develop and execute sales & marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure profit growth and expansion of products and services. This embraces strategies covering the introduction of new product lines, incremental growth within established markets, and market development targeting growth regions. Ensure timely, accurate quotations of project quotes in assigned areas. Prepare accurate and timely sales analysis on a monthly/weekly basis to provide management with information relating to sales results and forecasts. Provide technical backup to secure client design approval and commissioning support for ongoing projects and the installed base in the region of concern. Effectively manage the design and implementation of projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth completion, and handover. Maintain effective customer relations with consultants, contractors, and end users to achieve the desired market position for the products. Provide advice and guidance to management regarding product requirements for target markets to secure maximum market share and sustainable growth. What You Bring

Bachelor or Master Engineering degree – ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial. Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical systems in the UAE, with technical knowledge in emergency lighting or safety systems. Good communication and presentation skills, electrical products and instrumentation knowledge, and PC literacy are required. Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world’s most exciting cities. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. • Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing of electrical systems in the UAE, with expertise in emergency lighting or safety systems. • Strong communication, presentation, and PC skills; knowledge of electrical instrumentation.
