About the Role

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and other building systems. • Complete service requests promptly and ensure vacant units are rent‑ready. • Perform preventative maintenance, painting, and turnkey projects. • Conduct hot work (brazing, soldering, welding) following safety standards. • Follow safety policies to maintain an incident‑free environment. • Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to provide excellent customer service. • Understand and apply company policies, PPE usage, hazardous material handling, and emergency system procedures.
