About the Role
In this role you will diagnose and repair domestic electrical systems, including fault‑finding, panel changes, generator installation, knob‑and‑tube removal and home rewiring. You will provide accurate cost estimates, ensure first‑time fixes and maintain clear communication with homeowners. Additional duties include setting priorities, performing diagnostics, servicing equipment according to manufacturer specifications, and conducting equipment inspections while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. • Diagnose and repair domestic electrical systems, including fault‑finding, panel changes, generator installation, knob‑and‑tube removal, and home rewiring. • Provide accurate repair cost estimates and ensure first‑time fixes with clear homeowner communication. • Prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and perform equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and installations per manufacturer specifications. • Conduct general and specific equipment inspections while adhering to safety rules, regulations, and industry standards. • Educate customers about electrical work and promote Reliance products, services, and programs.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a valid 309A Master Electrician licence, be certified and registered with the Ontario College of Trades, and have at least five years of electrician experience. A clean driver’s licence, physical capability to perform the work, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and outstanding customer service are required. Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing or mechanics is considered an asset. • Must hold a 309A Master Electrician licence, be certified and registered with the Ontario College of Trades, and have 5+ years’ electrician experience. • Require a clean driver’s licence, physical capability, strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills; refrigeration/HVAC/plumbing/mechanics experience is a plus.
