About the Role
The incumbent will work cross‑functionally to align transformation initiatives with the Transformation PMO (TPMO), influence executive stakeholders, and manage strategic vendor partners. By providing holistic oversight across governance, operational assurance, communications, and the Business Integrator partnership, the director will safeguard continuity and drive adoption throughout the program lifecycle. • Establish and manage enterprise governance frameworks aligned with TPMO standards. • Design and execute change management strategies to drive adoption and reduce resistance. • Develop talent strategies and operating models supporting the transformation lifecycle. • Provide operational assurance oversight, embedding risk management and performance monitoring. • Create and deliver comprehensive communication plans for stakeholder engagement. • Coordinate integration of new processes and systems across business functions. • Build and deliver training programs to equip employees for the transformed organization. • Lead the Business Integrator partnership, ensuring deliverables meet TPMO standards.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred, and bring at least 15 years of experience in business readiness, change management, or process integration. Proven success leading enterprise governance, managing large‑scale vendor relationships, and influencing senior stakeholders is essential, along with strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field; master’s preferred. • Possess 15+ years of experience in business readiness, change management, or process integration. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder influencing skills. • Preferred certifications include Prosci, CCMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or equivalent.
