About the Role
Associate Photographers capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and high‑quality photographs for Homes.com and Apartments.com using a Pro 3 Matterport camera, digital equipment, and an iPad. Each photographer is assigned a core territory and works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and a remote Photography Manager to schedule and complete appointments. The role also involves surveying nearby commercial grids to ensure complete data coverage. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans for Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Photograph residential properties for marketing purposes. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments. • Survey one‑mile square grids to ensure commercial real‑estate data coverage. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment. • Represent CoStar professionally at all times. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring
The position requires up to eight hours of standing, walking, and driving each day, with repetitive hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and tablets. Photographers must lift and maneuver gear weighing up to five pounds, perform occasional bending, stooping, and twisting, and be able to work outdoors in all seasons, including rotating weekend schedules. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management. • Minimum 2 years professional experience, including real‑estate photography. • Professional photographer or recent photography degree required. • FAA Part 107 drone license (or obtain within 30 days of offer). • Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and accurate data entry. • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
