About the Role
The role supports the appointed Project Manager in overseeing cost planning, procurement, design and construction management through to handover. Responsibilities include on‑site coordination of consultants, stakeholder engagement, procurement oversight, contract administration, compliance with the Commission Execution Plan, governance, master programme implementation, reporting and leading a cross‑functional team. Additional duties involve document control and any tasks assigned by management. • Assist Project Manager with cost planning, procurement, design and construction management to project completion and handover. • Coordinate on‑site activities of consultants in line with schedule and budget. • Engage internal and external stakeholders, including industrial estates, authorities and providers. • Oversee procurement of early works, main contractors, critical equipment and specialist suppliers. • Administer contracts and report to contractors during the post‑contract phase. • Ensure compliance with the Commission Execution Plan, risk management and business management frameworks. • Maintain project governance, processes and systems throughout the lifecycle. • Manage implementation of master programme, manpower, materials and plant schedules. • Produce detailed project plans, master programmes and progress reports. • Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project team and interface with client and consultants at all stages. • Control project documentation and upload to T&T SharePoint.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree and have over five years of experience managing capital‑works programmes, with strong skills in Microsoft Project, budgeting and change control. They need business‑level English communication, ability to thrive in fast‑paced multinational environments, stakeholder and people‑management capability, and experience delivering consultancy to large multinationals. Knowledge of the commercial occupier and retail sector is advantageous. • Hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • Possess over 5 years of experience managing capital‑works programmes on a local or regional scale. • Proficient with Microsoft Project and experienced in programming, budgeting and change control. • Demonstrate business‑level English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment and proactively within a team. • Experience providing programme/project consultancy services to large multinational companies. • Strong people‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities. • Direct client reporting experience with accountability for overall project deliverables. • Knowledge of the commercial occupier and retail sector is advantageous.
