About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports property maintenance processes—including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work—while assisting with make‑ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Perform routine, preventive, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance on community areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and assist with make‑ready and turn events. • Maintain swimming pool, grounds, and common areas; keep accurate chemical and maintenance logs. • Follow safety, OSHA, EPA, and Asset Living policies; keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked. • Conduct inspections, report hazards, and participate in on‑call emergency coverage. • Deliver excellent customer service, enforce community policies, and uphold the property’s image.

What You Bring
• Require high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Must be able to lift/handle objects over 100 lb, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and work overtime/on‑call. • Reliable transportation required for emergency on‑call duties.
