About the Role
The Community Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing activities for assigned sites, managing lease administration, creating marketing plans, running daily leasing‑office operations, and supervising leasing staff on‑site. • Lead and supervise leasing staff, providing training and performance management • Develop and execute marketing plans, organize in‑house events, and manage external marketing • Ensure timely completion of leasing and marketing reports • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements • Uphold brand standards to present the property exceptionally • Collaborate with Property Manager on special projects and HR tasks • Work full on‑site shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed • Assist with move‑outs, turn‑overs, and move‑ins beyond regular hours • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb regularly

What You Bring
• High school diploma; college degree preferred • Minimum 2 years property management or related experience • Demonstrated leadership abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, and macOS • Experience leasing in student housing (preferred) • Social media marketing experience and content creation • Ability to use Canva or similar design tools • Experience with Entrata or comparable property‑management software
