About the Role
The company seeks a proactive, detail‑oriented Internal Communications Coordinator for APAC to support internal communications across the region, working with the APAC Internal Communications Lead to deliver engaging, consistent, timely messages. The role offers variety, from drafting and publishing content across multiple internal channels, supporting town halls and events, managing the communications calendar, and using engagement insights to shape future communications while aligning with regional and enterprise counterparts. • Draft, edit, and publish internal communications across multiple formats and channels. • Provide logistics and content support for APAC town halls and other internal events. • Assist in developing visual assets and presentation decks with the design team. • Support Regional Marcomms Advisors, ensuring consistent APAC-wide communications using templates and AI best practices. • Manage the APAC internal communications calendar (Monday.com) and coordinate scheduling across channels. • Update SharePoint sites, upload intranet articles, and promote cross‑channel engagement. • Maintain internal distribution lists, communication workflows, and content libraries.

What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in internal communications. • Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail. • Deep understanding of internal communications and employee engagement. • Excellent organization, time‑management, and ability to juggle multiple priorities. • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills across diverse locations. • Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort in a fast‑moving environment. • Confidence working across channels, audiences, formats, and quick learning of new tools. • Commercial awareness and continuous improvement mindset using data and feedback.
