About the Role
The role focuses on developing course and training modules that are effective, engaging, and interactive. Responsibilities include conducting analysis, designing instructional approaches, creating training materials, delivering training directly or indirectly, and mentoring others. Key responsibilities encompass training program management, instructional design collaboration with subject‑matter experts, planning and delivering classroom or train‑the‑trainer sessions, ensuring SCORM objects are properly built and tested, and providing LMS support for learner queries. Project management duties involve articulating program goals, mapping dependent projects, delegating tasks, communicating objectives, tracking constraints, and providing timely status updates. Analytics tasks include evaluating feedback and creating course update plans. • Manage global training program launches and oversee program objectives. • Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning requirements and design instructional strategies. • Develop and deliver engaging, interactive training materials, including SCORM‑compatible courses. • Conduct classroom and Train‑the‑Trainer sessions; coach and mentor other trainers. • Track program metrics, evaluate feedback, and create course update plans. • Provide LMS support and troubleshoot learner inquiries. • Coordinate project timelines, dependencies, and status communications.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, with a target base salary range of $80,000–$120,000, plus eligibility for bonuses and equity. • Minimum 5 years experience in instructional design or training management; bachelor's degree preferred.
