About the Role

• Operate forklift to transport materials within the warehouse or manufacturing facility • Safely load and unload materials/products using an overhead crane, ensuring proper positioning and securing of loads • Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times • Perform pre‑operational checks on forklift and overhead crane to ensure good working condition • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, organizing materials for efficient storage and retrieval • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks

What You Bring

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with experience in moving long pieces and utilizing overhead cranes for loading and unloading tasks. These items can be up to 50' in length and weigh up to 2 tons. The ideal candidate will be safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented, and proficient in operating heavy machinery in a fast‑paced environment. This position plays a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials and products. • High school diploma or equivalent • Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience with overhead crane operations, including loading/unloading of heavy materials • Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed to meet deadlines
