About the Role

Reporting to the site Superintendent, the supervisor will ensure the safe, timely and efficient delivery of works on the Chevron Wheatstone Facility. Responsibilities include weekly reporting, stakeholder coordination, permits, mobilisation planning, and materials and equipment management, all carried out in line with site standards and a Zero‑Harm culture. • Own and prepare detailed weekly progress reports for stakeholders • Coordinate and facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings, including agenda preparation and action‑item follow‑up • Manage permit development and compliance in line with MSW2.0 and site safety standards • Lead mobilisation planning, creating rosters and contingency plans for personnel and equipment • Oversee materials and equipment procurement, tracking delivery timelines and delta requirements • Compile lessons‑learned reports to capture successes and improvement opportunities • Participate in daily pre‑start safety activities and site inspections

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is organised, calm under pressure and acts as the go‑to person who keeps work moving. They should have experience as a project coordinator, supervisor, planner or in permits, a background in resources, oil‑and‑gas, construction or utilities, strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency with tracking systems and spreadsheets, and a solid safety mindset. Familiarity with permit‑to‑work processes and MSW2.0 is desirable. All offers are subject to meeting project requirements, a pre‑employment medical and right‑to‑work verification.
