About the Role
The Data Analyst role supports financial tracking and project insight by analysing data sets, maintaining Power BI models, and creating dashboards for cash‑flow and budget updates. The position works closely with cross‑functional partners, senior cost managers and finance teams to issue purchase orders, report accruals, and compile market data for construction material cost evaluations, while adhering to any applicable SOX controls. • Analyze data sets to identify differences and validate results • Support Power BI models for KPI tracking • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to issue and modify purchase orders • Liaise with senior cost managers and finance to report accruals and prepaid invoices • Build and maintain cash‑flow dashboards • Compile data for project buyout analytics • Update minor project budgets on a weekly basis • Gather and maintain market data on construction material costs for buyout evaluations • Adhere to applicable SOX control requirements • Develop and work with Power BI and other modelling platforms • Maintain relevant certifications in data analysis or related fields

What You Bring
Successful candidates will possess strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, experience with data‑visualisation tools, and the capacity to communicate technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders. They must be detail‑oriented, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. • Use Excel to analyze large data sets • Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • Communicate effectively in written and verbal form • Proficient with Microsoft tools, especially Power BI • Work independently and within a team, managing expectations clearly • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • Possess proven Data Analyst experience, preferably in construction or engineering • Skilled in data analysis/visualisation tools and programming languages • Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in reporting • Experience with construction management software and industry regulations
