About the Role

This hands‑on leadership role sits on the senior management team, overseeing planning and customer service functions at the core of operations. The supervisor will manage trades and subcontractors, conduct inspections and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations, while maintaining a focus on service excellence. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑inspections on internal and external tenanted properties, including work at height and scaffolding snagging. • Supervise and coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors across multiple workstreams. • Oversee planned, cyclical and responsive repairs to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery meeting building regulations. • Log works and generate reports using PDA systems and Excel; compile management reports on operational performance. • Provide excellent customer care, resolve issues professionally, and monitor productivity, resource allocation and contract profitability. • Ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to company operating procedures through regular site visits.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a full, valid UK manual driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK and be willing to undergo DBS and security checks. All candidates are required to be over 21, have held their licence for more than three months and have fewer than nine penalty points. • Full, valid UK manual driving licence (over 21, held >3 months, <9 points). • Proven experience supervising operatives in repairs and maintenance, with a trade background. • Ability to manage subcontractors and multi‑trade teams, work at height and inspect scaffolding. • Strong understanding of planned, cyclical and responsive repair programmes. • Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills; proficient in PDA systems and Excel. • Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence; entitled to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
