About the Role

The Facilities Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining and repairing critical building systems—including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC—at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, NC. The role involves tasks such as changing filters, performing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and supporting inventory compliance. The position offers a flexible 8 am‑5 pm schedule with paid time off, birthday off, and an hourly wage of $25‑$27. • Diagnose and repair a variety of building systems and equipment • Conduct HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and coil cleaning • Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA, PPE requirements, and site‑specific guidelines • Use a computer‑based CMMS system to log work orders, hours, and maintenance records • Maintain a clean, organized workspace • Collaborate with service personnel, inspectors, and vendors as required
