About the Role

The Procurement Manager leads and manages strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, and overall procurement operations for all sites on a client account. This highly visible role works closely with internal and external stakeholders and is client‑facing. The manager oversees the full procurement relationship with the client, account team, vendors, and corporate functions, while developing and executing a strategic sourcing roadmap and category strategies to capture value. • Manage procurement relationships with client, account team, vendors, and corporate stakeholders. • Develop and maintain a strategic sourcing roadmap and category strategies to achieve value creation. • Consolidate and report LATAM and APAC sourcing data to the client. • Facilitate supplier audits, quarterly business reviews, and other vendor management activities. • Oversee governance processes to meet goals, metrics, and KPIs. • Analyze spend, benchmarks, and vendor performance to identify cost‑saving opportunities. • Design, issue, and evaluate eRFPs, negotiate terms, and select suppliers. • Ensure contractual records retention and compliance with contract terms. • Interpret contract clauses, advise on risks, and coordinate legal resources. • Build and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms for procurement activities. • Apply Cushman & Wakefield best practices, policies, tools, and templates in procurement execution. • Present regularly in client meetings and deliver polished presentations. • Resolve supplier performance or quality issues on behalf of the client. • Generate and distribute required procurement reports. • Supervise personnel with direct reporting relationships as needed. • Utilize procurement technologies such as reverse auctions, e‑catalogs, and contract management systems. • Develop category management strategies and negotiate agreements and amendments. • Apply analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and support decisions.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least seven years of procurement experience, preferably in facility services or similar spend categories, with proven success in leading multiple strategic sourcing initiatives. The position operates in a professional office setting, using standard equipment, and involves typical office physical demands such as extended periods at a desk and regular communication with colleagues. • Communicate effectively with all management levels and work independently to solve problems.
