About the Role
As a Janitorial Site Lead, you are the guardian of the first impression each morning, ensuring a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment rather than merely managing a cleaning schedule. • Walk the site to ensure all rooms and areas are cleaned per scope of work. • Verify all exterior and interior doors are shut before shift ends. • Secure all outside gates by locking them. • Fill in for absent team members and resume janitorial duties. • Report issues or site problems to the Account Manager. • Conduct inspections to identify areas for improvement.
