About the Role
• Conduct safety and maintenance checks on equipment, start engines, and operate controls. • Signal truck drivers to position trucks for loading dirt, rocks, and other materials. • Identify and avoid hazards such as utility lines, other equipment, and falling objects. • Perform equipment maintenance including oiling, greasing, and necessary adjustments.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Dozer/Excavator Operator to join our team. The role involves operating levels, scooping soil, and controlling the direction and angle of equipment to move rocks and debris, using crawler or rubber‑tired machines for excavating ditches, laying pipe, loading trucks, and other tasks. The ideal candidate is efficient and comfortable working as part of a team. • Minimum one year of related experience or equivalent education/training. • Able to meet physical demands: sit, stand, bend, climb, lift up to 50 lb, work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
