About the Role
We work holistically with our wider business to provide an environment for innovation and deliver success on projects where Document Control is core to the delivery and operation of assets. We lead the Document Control process at organisational, programme and project level through discovery and understanding, client adoption strategy and strategic project setup, compliance checking and data verification, applying ISO 19650 principles to influence CDE setup and project delivery, and leveraging expertise across a wide range of CDE tools for efficient and compliant Information Management. • Contribute to discovery sessions and implement metadata, permissions, folder structures, workflows, and processes for CDEs • Create and manage user accounts, invitations, and security groups • Support production of project documentation and client requirements • Detail CDE requirements for project or programme Information Standards • Update and adjust CDE configurations to accommodate new teams and evolving ways of working • Monitor compliance of incoming and outgoing documents through established workflows • Track workflow progress, report outstanding reviews, and resolve blockers • Provide regular progress reports and respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests • Conduct audits on file naming, storage locations, and user access; deliver compliance reports • Act as primary point of contact for CDE system queries and issues • Organise and deliver regular training sessions and maintain training logs and user guides • Provide advanced training for super users and administrators on CDE functionality • Generate ad‑hoc reports on system usage, compliance, and support user activity requests • Lead project meetings and workshops • Contribute to team meetings and discussions

What You Bring
• Forward thinking • Independent and open methodology • 3+ years experience as a Document Controller • Consultancy experience (favourable) • Knowledge of BIM in Information Management and Document Control • Understanding of ISO 19650 (Part 2) standards and impact on Information Management • Administrator‑level experience with SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, ViewPoint, Asite, or Dalux • User‑level experience with another CDE/EDMS or similar system • Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Experience with optional CDE/EDMS features such as e‑procurement or ACC Take‑off • Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated • Ability to work in a diverse skilled team • Clear communication with all project stakeholders • Strong presentation skills • Inquisitive and methodical approach to tasks • Preferably degree‑educated or equivalent workplace experience
