About the Role
• Assist with electrical rough‑in work: measure, cut, and pull wire. • Install trim components such as plugs, switches, lighting, and fixtures. • Carry tools and materials to support lead electricians and the crew. • Keep job sites clean and organized by cleaning work areas and equipment. • Communicate progress, issues, and solutions with supervisors and team members. • Follow company safety rules, promptly correct or report hazards. • Perform repetitive motions such as pulling wire, drilling, fastening, and installing components. • Work in tight spaces like utility rooms, attics, crawl spaces, and wall cavities.

This entry‑level role is ideal for hands‑on problem solvers who want to build a long‑term trade career with a reputable national provider of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, solar, and cable solutions. The position requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team; bilingual skills and prior electrical experience are preferred but not required. Applicants must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders, and working in various weather and confined‑space conditions. • Take direction effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn; dependable attendance. • Preferred: electrical experience, knowledge of NEC, and blueprint reading. • Preferred: bilingual communication skills. • Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lb, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb. • Ability to work safely on ladders, in elevated areas, and in hot, cold, dusty, noisy environments. • No minimum education required; 0‑2 years of experience acceptable. • License required.
