About the Role
• Serve as primary client contact and manage client relationships. • Prepare scope and fee proposals, negotiate fees with third parties, subcontractors, and consultants. • Lead and direct professional and technical staff on architectural and engineering projects. • Coordinate internal resources and external subcontractors for project capture and execution. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while maintaining quality. • Develop and monitor detailed project plans and schedules, identifying shortfalls early. • Manage change, escalations, and maintain project documentation control. • Organize and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and document minutes. • Achieve positive financial metrics including profit, billings, and collections. • Report project performance to AECOM leadership and manage contracts, change orders, and invoices.

What You Bring
• BA/BS in Engineering or Architecture with at least 4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent). • Preferred: 6+ years of related experience, including 2 years managing A/E projects. • Experience with federal A/E design projects (e.g., DoD, NPS, DOE). • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment coordinating multiple stakeholders.
