About the Role
The Logistics Analyst coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers. This role also oversees safety, customer experience, and overall productivity. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety policies, analyzing and adjusting daily routes using the internal routing platform, responding to same‑day changes, and closing routes on time with accurate data. The analyst resolves transit issues, manages driver safety and asset security, and analyzes logistics data to improve routing accuracy. The analyst interacts courteously with customers, prioritizes service promises, and maintains daily communication with the call center to reduce missed pickups. They evaluate route issues that may cause delays and use available tools to keep customers informed, ensuring high satisfaction through universal service commitments. • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. • Analyze and optimize daily routes using the internal routing platform. • Respond to same‑day changes and plan next‑day service needs. • Close routes on time with accurate data verification. • Resolve transit issues proactively for trucks and drivers. • Manage driver safety, security, and asset protection. • Collect and analyze logistics data to improve routing accuracy. • Communicate constantly with drivers to monitor progress. • Evaluate and address driver performance issues. • Design routes for efficiency, capacity, and profitability. • Monitor daily routing activities to ensure on‑time pickup and delivery. • Identify and optimize swing routes and disposal plans. • Adjust service requests to enhance efficiency and customer experience. • Interact courteously with customers and uphold service commitments. • Update call center communications daily to reduce missed pickups. • Maintain high customer satisfaction through universal service commitments.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. The position offers a pay range of $66,900 to $68,640, dependent on locality, and includes a comprehensive bonus and benefits package.
