About the Role
• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve problems. • Maintain positive relationships and high tenant retention; ensure compliance with rules and regulations. • Interact regularly with property owners to meet objectives and anticipate their needs. • Oversee preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports. • Support planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures. • Approve calculation of all special billings. • Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, monthly performance reports, and variance reports; explain variances. • Perform regular property inspections and recommend alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning as needed. • Coordinate tenant move‑ins, move‑outs, and walkthroughs with tenants and improvement departments. • Oversee rent collection, expense payments, lease compliance, and preparation of legal notices; recommend legal action when necessary. • Reconcile monthly tenant work order billings for tenants and management. • Participate in civic and business organizations and attend BOMA and/or IREM programs. • Maintain relationships with key clients/tenants, industry associations, government representatives, and vendors in overall property management.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has at least two years of relevant experience, and possesses strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and knowledge of Yardi and 360 Facilities Software is a plus. A proactive, resource‑rich, customer‑service mindset and the ability to work effectively with vendors, brokers, and property owners are essential. • Contract for vendor services and supervise as required; understand tenant and capital improvements.
