About the Role
• Partner with branch leadership as a trusted commercial and financial advisor, understanding operational processes and contract drivers. • Take ownership of financial performance, challenging teams on commercial terms, targets and KPIs. • Produce monthly commercial and financial performance reports with clear commentary. • Identify, quantify and communicate risks and opportunities, ensuring corrective actions. • Lead rolling forecasts and annual budgeting with robust, transparent assumptions. • Support contract activities including pricing reviews, variations, repricing and tendering. • Communicate financial and commercial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.

Benefits
The Finance and Commercial Manager role offers a salary of up to £70,000 plus a £4,500 car allowance, mileage reimbursement and a range of company benefits. Based in Essex serving branches in Essex and London, the position is permanent, full‑time and hybrid, with 3‑4 days on site and 1‑2 days remote.
